The Community Action Program Corporation is a non-profit community based organization that serves both Washington and Morgan County, Ohio.
It is the product of over 40 years of caring. In the 1960s, community leaders began meeting to assess local needs and determine a way to meet them.

With the generous assistance of folks just like you, the Marietta Community Foundation will distribute over half a million dollars to local charities, and people in need by the end of this year.
