Pass GO and Build Connections in Belpre and Surrounding areas!!
Belpre Area Business Exchange 2026 is set for Wednesday, April 29, 2026, 4:30-6:30 pm at Parkersburg Art Center, 725 Market St., Parkersburg, WV.
The goal is to provide a true “business exchange” networking “After-Hours” event, offering businesses and non-profits an opportunity to communicate their products and services to others in the Mid-Ohio Valley.
You won’t go to jail, but you will get face-to-face time with community leaders, business professionals, and members of the public.
This year’s theme, “Belpre Area Chamber Biz-opoly: Pass GO and Build Connections in Belpre and Surrounding Areas,” is inspired by a favorite board game!
Belpre Area Chamber “Bizopoly” is open to the business-interested public and offers the opportunity to connect with fellow business leaders and community members in a relaxed setting while enhancing visibility and building valuable relationships.
With an expo-style set-up, participants can decorate their booths with a “tip of the hat” to the board game theme. Costumes are OK!! Let’s have fun!! There will be plenty of food and beverages!

While out visiting new businesses with the Belpre Area Chamber of Commerce Lori and Maria had a great surprise, running into 2014 Washington County Career Center, Sports Medicine & Exercise Science graduate Dr. Hayden Lowe!
Hayden shared that teacher Lauren Copen helped spark his interest in chiropractic care, and he was excited to hear that his other favorite teacher, Evan Schaad, is now Director of Adult Technical Training. Mr. Schaad gave Hayden an appreciation and greater understanding for math and he has never forgotten him!
Now Hayden and his wife, Dr. Ivy Lowe, have returned to Belpre and opened Kraken Chiropractic - MOV Together, they’re passionate about helping patients find the root cause of pain and get back to living well, with Dr. Ivy also specializing in infant care.
